Sifu Fong Ha
Sifu Fong Ha has been training in Internal Martial Arts since his childhood and has studied with many renowned Masters. He began his training in Yang Style Taijiquan in 1953 with Dong Ying Jie, and continued with Yang Sau Chung. Sifu Fong exploration then led it to the realm of Yi Quan. One of the few Yi Quan teachers in the United States, Fong Ha is well recognized for his power, graciousness, & cosmopolitan charm. With humor and insight, he encourages students to be true to themselves, to recognize their inner strengths, develop at their own pace, and actualize their potentials. He directs the Integral Quan Institute in Berkeley, California & teaches nationally and internationally.
