When I was around 15 my Uncle Tom took Pete Bartzcak and I to a carnival in Hastings. Uncle Tom went to the beer tent and Pete and I had a great couple of hours walking around the carnival grounds. When it was time to leave my Uncle Tom told me to drive, well I hadn't driven all that much and thought for sure that we were all going to die. But we didn't die. We made it back to Byrnesville and I was never so happy to stop a car.
